There's nothing like stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and PIE =) to hit the spot for comfort food during a crisp autumn Thanksgiving. Of course I ate way too much over the weekend, and come Sunday evening, it was time to return home from our clan get-together and to the Nativity Fast. One is almost ready to fast again -- austerely! -- after eating so much.
